Colonnade issues Fairness Opinion to The Hanover Insurance Group
on AMGRO’s purchase of receivables



In June 2008, Colonnade Securities LLC issued its opinion on the fairness from a financial point of view on The Hanover Group’s purchase of receivables from a special purpose vehicle used to finance the Company’s premium finance originations.
