Announcing our New Insights Portal

Colonnade Advisors is pleased to announce its new Insights Portal, offering industry research and other news.

Inside the portal, you’ll find our Quarterly Updates, Industry Reports, and our blog called What’s New From Colonnade.

On the home portal page, we display our most recent Quarterly Update as well as our most recent Industry Report. Our Industry Reports have previously been referred to as “white papers” and have been a very popular resource for our clients, private equity firms, and strategic buyers.

Quarterly Updates. Here we report on M&A trends in the middle market each quarter. We also started tracking SPACs (or Special Purpose Acquisition Companies) because they directly affect the M&A marketplace. SPACs are an increasingly important buyer universe of private companies. 

Please note that each quarter analyzes data from the previous quarter.  

Industry Reports. We organize our reports based on our target sectors: Business Services and Financial Services. 

These Industry Reports, again often referred to as “white papers”, allow our senior team to develop a point of view about market dynamics. These thought pieces help our clients prepare for a sale, educate potential buyers, and raise awareness of relevant themes.
